RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Change your Mind:
If what you have selected is not quiet right for your space, we are happy to offer you an exchange or refund (excluding any delivery costs). Please notify us kellie@safarifusion.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order for return details. Excludes made to order / custom orders.

All Returns and Exchanges must be accompanied with the original sales receipt and returned to us in unused, unaltered and in sellable condition.

Damaged in Transit: If you receive items that have been damaged in transit from us to you, we are happy to offer you a refund or an exchange, including any delivery costs for Australian addresses (excluding delivery costs for international orders). Please notify us kellie@safarifusion.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order for return details.

All Returns and Exchanges must be accompanied with the original sales receipt and returned to us packaged to avoid further damage.

We will not Accept: an item for a 'Change your Mind' refund or exchange that has been altered, damaged and is not in sellable condition and any item that is made to order / custom order.

REFUNDS
Are processed once the item/s have been received and checked by us. Your refund payment will be paid in the same manner as your original payment.
